Dollar revival?

If any of you read TraderGav’s site, you know that on March 10th I wrote we are close to seeing the bottom in the dollar. My considerations were along the lines of extremes in valuations and price elasticities, although my indicators were largely technical — a wedge on the USD index, of all things.
Another article has popped up — not from a mainstream or particularly authoritative source, but the author makes some good points. Buyer beware, however — they aren’t just writing about the end of the dollar’s decline for their own intellectual pleasure.
Read this with a grain of salt or sand, depending on what part of the world you’re from.
